How do we get started with Jeremy Haygood?
First, we schedule a discovery call. Second, we will gain access to your current books for a 3 day review. Lastly, we will schedule a call for recommendations and services agreement.
What if my books are not in order?
What are the fees for using Jeremy Haygood?
Quickbooks Bookkeeping Services are $550 per month plus Quickbooks subscription. Quickbooks Payroll services are $50 per month plus $1 per employee plus Quickbooks payroll subscription. Fractional CFO services are billed at $225 per hour.
No problem. Our goal is to ensure that your books are correct. We will go back to the beginning of the current tax reporting year to correct your books to ensure that everything is correct moving forward.
How is billing handled for ongoing services?
Quickbooks Bookkeeping and Quickbooks Payroll are billed on the 1st of each month with payment due by the 10th of each month. A $5o credit is offered for bookkeeping services each month with a signed recurring payment agreement on file.
Fractional CFO services will be invoiced at the time of the project’s completion with payment due within 15 days.
